Due to the nature of our plants and curated goods, all sales are final. We take great care in growing, sourcing, and maintaining everything in our shop, ensuring each plant and item is healthy, well cared for, and ready for its next home.
We encourage you to take your time, ask questions, and let us help you choose pieces that feel right for your space. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please let us know at the time of checkout or upon pickup—we're always happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at sales@flowerpotco.net with photos of the issue
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
- For live plants, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
